本規格は，高・低温繰返し条件，及び高・低温・ 湿潤繰返し条件における，自動車部品または材 料の耐サーモサイクル性を試験する方法につ いて規定する。

本規格は，サーモサイクルと薬品または溶剤と の接触を組み合わせたストレスクラック性試 験や，コロージョンサイクル試験を規定するも のではない。

注：日本文と英文の間に違いがある場合，日本 語が優先する。

This standard defines different environmental cycles, or thermo-cycles, which can be used to test the effect on performance and/or dimensions of different substrates and/or coatings.

This standard does not specify any stress cracking tests, which are a combination of Thermo-cycles and contact with chemicals or solvents, and corrosion cycle tests.
